"Richard Dunn is a gem. He took his time to go over all the options and costs associated with each. The installation was quick and thorough, and the inspector mentioned that the installation was much more stable than needed. Mr. Dunn came by a few weeks later to check out the finished product and answer any questions we may have. Excellent service and responsiveness. "I called Laurel because I was overwhelmed by choices when we decided to remodel our master bathroom.&nbsp; She did an outstanding job of guiding me through the process of selecting materials.&nbsp; I was worried a decorator would take over and the end result wouldn't reflect me so much as the decorator.&nbsp;&nbsp;I needn't have worried.&nbsp; I know I was a difficult customer because I wanted something unique and at the same time I was completely indecisive.&nbsp; Laurel gently guided me to selections that would reflect my tastes and, as I had asked her to do, let me know when something would or would not work with the style I had chosen.&nbsp; Additionally, I had no idea what should be done first... select the tiles?&nbsp; Select the color?&nbsp; Choose the fixtures?&nbsp; She has a number of contacts who she introduced me to and, with my approval, did the work.&nbsp; If for any reason I did not want to use the professionals she brought in, she did not hesitate to refer me to someone else or let me choose my own companies.&nbsp; Most importantly, Laurel was a frequent visitor while the work was being performed.&nbsp; If any questions came up, she was there to resolve the issue and didn't consider the job complete until I was satisfied.&nbsp; The bathroom turned out spectacular and I could not be happier with it and the help I received from Laurel. <br />

"We could not be happier with our new custom cellular shades. The owner -Larry was extremely helpful- knowledgeable and assisted me without being pushy in replacing shades that were not fitting our needs (Needed more privacy others were to shear) We replaced the Bally blinds with lift and lock cellular shades (3). The quality difference is remarkable. The shades are by the Vista line and the difference in not only appearance -but the quality is by far better than what was installed seven years ago. There were a number of shades to pick from and once again Larry was not pushy but helpful listening to what I wanted in regards to colors and texture. He wasn't the cheapest company but for what we got I am so glad we decided to go with statewide blinds and shutters as we sure got The very best all around....and much much more- remarkable service.
