-Full and partial rewires including kitchen upgrades and offices.
-Additions, alterations of electrical installations (additional sockets, switches, lights, loft lighting etc.)
-Dedicated circuits (shower, cooker, boiler etc.)
-Fuse board upgrades, – lighting electrical installations (spots, ceiling roses, LED lighting, energy efficient lighting.)
-Outdoor power installations (shed/outbuilding, garage, garden lighting, pond.)
– inspection & testing ( electrical installation condition reports, PAT Testing, fault finding, etc.)

I provide a 6-year workmanship warranty on all our work. All materials and products are covered by full manufacturers’ warranties but we provide a minimum 12 month guarantee on materials and products. I will take up any complaint relating to materials or products with the manufacturer on your behalf. Any defect arising from faulty installation or repair work, within the warranty/guarantee periods, will be treated as a priority and will be put right at no extra cost to you. Excludes consumable items such as light bulbs and lighting transformers.
