We agreed to the work and shortly thereafter they sent a team of 4 for a full day followed by a team of 3 for a second day. "I hired Jack to clean and stain my deck. He was very responsive, answered all my questions and was very attentive to my concerns regarding "failed" areas from a previous job. He pressure washed and hydro scrubbed the deck, and hand sanded "problem areas" in preparation for the stain. The stain was applied using spray on, back brush and roll in coatings. Although the price was a little higher than other quotes, I think you get what you pay for. Jack was prompt, professional and detailed in his approach. I'd certainly recommend him.

"I was looking for a handyman. After dealing with a few incompetent guys, I came across Karl Poruben Jr. on Angie’s List. He had great reviews. I called him and discussed how I was looking to install gutter guards at my residence. He was familiar with the product. Next day, he visited the property to see what kind of ladders, tools etc. is needed for the job. We agreed upon a price. As promised, he showed my doorstep bright and early on Monday. It took him a few hours to complete the job. Job was completed with utmost satisfaction. He’s already coming back to work on different projects. Also, I am in the process of sharing his info with others so they can hire him as well. Don’t waste your time by calling others and give this guy a chance, you will not be disappointed.

"I spoke with four contractors and the estimate I received from Always Perfect Contracting was the clearest. Vic explained in detail the costs associated with each item on the estimate. I was told upfront that there may be additional costs if portions of the plywood on the roof needed replace. The job was scheduled and completed at the scheduled time. After the old shingles were removed Vic informed me that four plywood sections would need to be replaced and he want my permission to buy the new sections, which I gave him since I was informed of this possibility upfront. All remaining work was performed to my satisfaction. After the work was completed Vic stopped by to see if I had any questions and to collect final payment. Although it was raining that day Vic also walked around my yard to do a final cleanup. I am completely happy with the work that was performed. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I will definitely recommend them to anybody need their roof replaced.
