"I was very pleased. It was a significant amount of storm damage, and they were prompt, skilled, and took care of the entire project very quickly. In fact, the entire repair was done in about a week. Once I contacted them (through the link provided by Angi) they were out for an inspection and gave an estimate in a matter of days (which for our area is a really great turnaround time, particularly following a rare weather event!)

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste.

"They came out and were pretty responsive, but the problem never got solved, but I had to call somebody else. They were just super busy at that time. They?came out and did a?temporary fix and told me to call them back when the rain stopped because they could not do a permanent fix at that time, which was okay. They charged me to come out. Regardless, when they come out I think it is, like, 300 bucks, I think is what they charge. I think they came out the next day. I would refer them. They are a very professional company to deal with.

They destroy the old granite tiles and they do prepare to put a new quartz, It was gorgeous and beautiful. Everyday they did clean almost everything so the house was very house. Each day they clean all kind of stuff. They tape it so that the area that they will work going through my kitchen will be protected and that was pretty amazing thing for me. Clean the house clean including the kitchen and also through the entrance, they clean it everyday. Nice company and If you want to fix something they will do the job for you very good.

"As part of a solar install, I needed to replace my old tar+gravel roof and chose Lovett & Lovett to do the work. They're quite busy and had a 2+ month lead time but had a timely response to my request for an estimate. Jordan came out to give me the estimate to replace my old roof, install a new roof with insulation and to install a new skylight. Overall the price was in-line with what I was expecting and the other estimates I got (when I could get a roofer to respond!). The plan was to do the roof install along with the solar installer so that the solar panel supports can get placed before the new roof went on. Without Jordan's help the solar installer would have screwed it up - they showed up with supports that they thought were too short for the roof + insulation (they weren't) and they didn't have longer supports on hand. They said they'd have to come back after the roof was installed to cut into the new roof and place the supports after the fact. Jordan learned about this and called the solar installer directly, told them that the supports would work fine as is and made them come back to the house to do the install. I'll note that it was not a joint contact or anything - Lovett Roofing wasn't responsible for the solar install, but Jordan wanted to make sure that it was done right. As for the actual roof - it looks good and so far has held up great. The finish work on the skylight was done very well. Overall, I was impressed with the thoroughness and polish of the install. Even my neighbors commented how good the roofers were.
