"Very good experience in dealing with Creative Energy. They gave an excellent price to begin with so I didn't have to negotiate pricing and they also provided helpful insight in drawing up an excellent design. Work was meticulous, they cleaned up well after completing the project. The only issue I had was the project extended well into 3 months, wish it could have completed sooner so that I could have enjoyed the deck that summer it was built. Other than that I would definitely recommend then for any future projects. "

"We are still in the planning phase of building a custom home--really custom. Most of the project is still to be done--we have a long way to go. But so far, I have nothing but superlatives for Leo Decanini. He understands my needs better and is more accommodating than any of the other dozen builders with whom I have had discussions. And his price is better than several other quotes I have received. He is meticulous, well-organized, and seems to be a good manager. Don't tell Leo all this--I would not want it to go to his head. Bottom line--Leo knows the meaning of the word "custom"."
