Professional and friendly. We had a large hill that had been neglected for a few years and they removed old limbs and shrubs, pulled the weeds, and even removed an old dog house! The hill now looks neat and clean with new mulch. Also mulched leaves in front. Mr. Hernandez is someone you should definitely hire. He does what he says he will do at a good price. We have hired him to maintain our yard next year.

We had a great result. It was difficult getting things scheduled but once we were able to get everything booked they came out and got the job done quickly and were very professional. We will use them again.

After getting a few other estimates, we decided to hire APD to repaint the primary bedroom. We'd used them a couple of years prior for pressure washing. Jose is the consummate professional. For the paint job, he was timely with coming out to preview the room and provided an estimate within 24-48 hours. Once the job was confirmed, we were on his calendar within days. The day of the job, he and his father-in-law arrived as scheduled, on time. Jose and Anthony worked well together doing the prep work before the painting started. They were very meticulous about making sure everything was properly covered with plastic. After reviewing once again what the job expectation was, work began. To call Anthony a master painter is an understatement. He did such an incredible job! Once he began, he worked non-stop. He painted the room in 6 hours! Anthony really does great work. There was no sign of paint bleeding on areas where it shouldn't have been. The room looks great and we are very pleased. After the job was done, Jose returned to do a walk-through to make sure we were satisfied. The whole experience was very pleasant. No drama. No issues. We will definitely use APD in the future. This was my first time hiring outside services. I was very pleased with the service I received. The customer service I received from the front office was very professional. When the workers from Pure Clean Maintenance arrived to give me a quote of my requested work. They were easy to talk to, they gave me options and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. After, I approved the quote. They started my project. I was very satisfied with the completed job. In my opinion, you will not be disappointed with Angelo and Ice Tea they were AWESOME!

I have used Ericks Painting exclusively for the last 5 years because Erick is dependable and does great work. We started with replacing wood siding with Hardy plank and painting the exterior of my home. Erick did such a wonderful job that he and his wife have completed numerous other projects in my home from deck repair, pressure washing and staining to wallpaper removal, interior painting and even removing an exterior door and replacing with siding and drywall.
