I had water coming in for the longest time in our new home. The home inspector did not notice the water when we purchased the home and we were stock with the problem. We called many companies but after 4 estimates we decided to go with CGS. They had the best price way lower than the other estimates, which made us doubt their quality. We got our waterproofing done 4 months ago and no water since. We recommended them to 2 other friends and they loved it. Not always low prices mean low quality, at least not with them! Do your self a favor and get an estimate from these guys if you have water intrusion. Thank you CGS

The entire experience from first contact with the office staff to the technician that performed the repair to the supervisor that came out upon completion was great. The pricing was in line with other estimates and they also replaced some shingles at no extra charge, answered my questions about the overall condition and provided a replacement estimate about 20% lower. They will be my "go to" company for all my roofing needs.

DHI is the best Home Inspection I have ever experienced, "hands down.". The focus on detail was amazing. DHI included pictures of problem areas, along with repair priorities and recommendations on parts and service. Their experience is well worth the investment. Don't purchase a new home without giving DHI a call.

Josh did a great, thorough inspection of our house. We were able to schedule an inspection within a day, and the report was available shortly after the inspection. The report was so easy to understand and navigate. It was not your standard black-and-white, long report. It was an interactive report with videos, photos, and defect ratings along with types of contractors you could hire to fix each issue. Highly recommend Herd Home Inspections! Super informative and attentive.
