Our AC went out in the middle of summer and I called to schedule an appointment and they made it out the same day! They were very professional and completed the necessary maintenance extremely quickly. We had air again by the end of the day. Itâ s also one of the most affordable places weâ ve ever used for our heating and air maintenance and repairs.

Although I had to wait a few days to get an appointment the serviceman arrived promptly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, gave me best estimate , showed me the measurements on his meter and educated me on the current state of R22. Full service completed in less than 45 min.

Nice guy. Didn't know much about the particular heat pump we had. Problem not solved. Called manufacturer. Connections to line set were not seated enough. That was the problem. Second diagnosis of hvac system...he thought was a relay which he replaced. Then diagnosed problem as circuit board. $410 for 0 for 2 repairs. No bueno

Just be sure they give you the estimate before they start work. Very communicative about when we would see a tech, alerting us to delays, etc.
