Steven, Lisett and the team at HIC Builders did an awesome remodeling job on our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project! Besides the actual remodeling, they were also able to help and guide us with the design of the spaces and we really love the final outcome! The main and most important section of the remodeling (for us of course) was all the excellent communication and how they were able to stick to the schedule and budget and honestlyâ ¦only for these 2 parts.. we wish we can give them something higher than A rating! We did had few issue during the remodeling work but we were amazed on how fast they were able to solve it and how everything was addressed just the right way. at the end of the work, we are very happy with the work they did and we recommend them to anyone we know including our friends and family. The Drain Guys first cleared roots from my main line sewer (which three other companies could not do) and then they installed a permanent liner in my main line sewer. They were smart, professional, and gave me options. They were recommended by my regular plumber, who checked their work when it was completed and told me it looked great. The customer service (office) was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

I am extremely pleased. David had started a complex job at my house. Including full featured kitchen, 1 complete bathroom, and 20 windows throughout. He is professional, clean, fast, precise, reliable and has great ideas. His work is so beautiful, my wife loved it. David and his craw always came on time and as scheduled. The installation requirements were very demanding particularly some crazy accents my architect/designer had wanted in my bathroom. Let me tell you, David exceeded the expectation and even in some cases figured ways to do it in a more cost effective way that looks far better than what was originally planned on paper. What also really surprised us was how David did small work that was not originally part of the original job. I had told David "sometime in the future I want this extra thing done". When I returned home one day though David said, "I have a surprise for you". I looked at the kitchen granite he had done and said , "wow that looks great". David then pointed to the other work I said I wanted done in the future and I saw that he had completed it all very professionally and top notch. What a great surprise it was, My wife and I were so happy. I'm sure that I will recommend him to my friends and everyone who come my way!!! I will use him for any other work I need done in my house. I cannot say enough amazing things about Urban Energy! From start to finish our solar installation was easy and seamless. We worked with Mark who helped us select the Sun Power A400 series solar panels, a superior product to other panels on the market and also carrying the best solar warranty in the industry with a 25 year warranty. Urban Energy handled everything with our city permit, from drafting and submitting plans and meeting with the city inspector for our final approval. It took the crew just 2.5 days to install our 26 panel system. The installation was super smooth and the installation crew was extremely professional and tidy.
