Comment: I would also like a ceiling light to be changed out. Walls need to be cleaned (it's a basement room, there are some bugs) and I'd like the trim to be painted. There is a heavy shelf that needs to be removed before painting begins. It can be moved into the garage (same level). This is a small room, maybe 10x10 or so.
