Mr Armstrong is very courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I would and will recommend his services.
Jason inspected and waterproofed our basement after we experienced a leak. He responded promptly, arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection and provided a very fair quote. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work, we were amazed. Jason went above and beyond and we could not be more pleased with the results!
came out same day on a Saturday
Spencer and Albert came out to the house and encapsulated part of the basement. They were professional and polite. They came in, encapsulated the space, cleaned the area up. I would definitely recommend them
We had a lot of effervescence on the walls and during heavy rains the water would flow under the walls. Everdry put in two pumps and drainage system inside and out. If we have any issues they come out and fix right away! I would totally recommend this company
They were able to come earlier than expected and finished the job very quickly.

I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work.
Prompt, professional, excellent customer service . I highly recommend this company ,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for a job well done. Customer service was on par and they delivered on their promises. Thanks yâ all!
They did what they said they were gonna do, they were there on time, did a good job, we had no issues.
They were the first contractors to return my call and showed up that day to give me a quote. Their quote was given before they left and was by far the best. Their team worked tirelessly until the job was complete and were great communicators during the entire process. Most importantly, my basement is now dry!
He is worked for us over 10 years and is always available even for emergencies.
Professional, overall accommodative, & neat.
Highly recommend! They came out quickly and gave us an estimate the very next day. The work was done within the month and only tool 2 days to complete. They are professional, clean and on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I met with three professionals. Crawlspaces and more fixed a water leak in my basement. Their plan was the least labor-intensive meaning I didnâ t have to uproot my landscaping and lighting system in order for them to fix leak. And theyâ re reasonably priced.
Fantastic communication! Coordinated with plumber to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Will use again.
He is fast and wants to do a great job.
These guys went out of their way to ensure that the project was completed in the best possible manner. They went above and beyond the call to make sure our leak never returned. They were prompt, fast and left our home, both inside and out, leaving no trace that they were even there. Would use again in a heartbeat!
ABBA provided great service on all of these projects. I will definitely be using this firm for my future plumbing projects.
They saved me a lot of moneyâ ¦ they fixed faster, before the humidity go under my new hard-floor.
I had several contractors out for my new home which has a crawl space. I know nothing about crawl spaces and ESOG aas the best at helping me understand why full encapsulation and dehumidification was the way to go.
The team that came to our home were very good, completed the work in one day. Their work was meticulous and cleaned up the site after completion. I would highly recommend AK Waterproffing

A house’s foundation is always located under the house itself. A foundation is the load-bearing portion of a home and is usually built below ground, though different types are built at different locations under a home. For instance, a basement foundation is built at least eight feet deep into the ground under the house to create living space below the ground level of the home. A crawl space foundation is built under a shallow trench beneath your home—typically between two and five feet deep. A slab foundation, also known as a monolithic or monoslab foundation, simply lays flat against the ground under your home. Pier and beam foundations also rest on the ground, but elevate the home using piers, typically about two feet off the ground.
The typical cost to repair a foundation is between $2,200 and $7,500, though most homeowners pay around $4,800. The price of a foundation repair depends on the extent of damage. Major repairs that require the use of hydraulic piers can cost $10,000 or more, while minor cracks can run as low as $500. Fixing a leaky foundation by sealing it costs between $2,300 and $7,300.
Concrete foundations that are reinforced with steel plinth and beams are considered to be the strongest type of foundation—especially on lots with loose or muddy soil. This type of foundation uses a reinforced concrete beam built between the wall and the foundation. Homes built in areas that are prone to flooding or earthquakes also benefit from a foundation that contains steel plinth and beams.
