The dining room chair leg was broken. They fixed it and it looks great. They picked up the chair and delivered it repaired in 7 days.

Shower transformation! Luis and his small crew did an amazing job on a walk in shower, and removal of bathtub. This involved building a new walk-in shower, and tile installation. Luis was great with helpful design ideas, and his crew was very skilled in their work. They arrived promptly every day, and the project was completed in the timeframe we initially discussed. The few issues we found after completion were resolved promptly. Luis was ALWAYS available and very responsive via text and phone. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience, and we LOVE our new shower!

Joey just came by this morning to give me an estimate. He is very much like the man that took care of my home repairs for almost 30 years. I had other things I wanted done beside the ramp on the storeroom. I showed him everything and he is working on an estimate for me. I approved the estimate for the ramp and repairs to the door trim on the storeroom. He will bring the estimate for the other projects Monday when he comes to work on the storeroom. He is very professional, polite and I've been a homeowner long enough to know he is knowledgeable. My previous repairman did work for many people here in the park for many years and we miss him. I'm hoping to be able to refer Joey to other people I know and hopefully will give him more work. I look forward to having him do work for me in the future.

We had a previous shower replacement fall through due to supply chain issues. A neighbor referred us to Alpha Shower and they were so very helpful. Speedy process for scheduling and the estimate. It did take some time, about 6-7 weeks, to source the new shower enclosure but he maintained excellent communication so we always knew where things stood and he made sure that he was ready to go when the shower arrived. The shower even arrived a week earlier than estimated. He worked very hard, very professional, and was very patient and respectful with my elderly mother. We are so very glad to have found him; the new shower is so very much safer for my mother to use.

David returned the call within the hour and scheduled an appoint immediately. Appointment was made the next day, and he arrived early. Gutters were cleaned out today August 22nd we had a down pour, what a difference the water was running like crazy. excellent job, highly recommended.
