Philips has seen a shift in digital signage from providing just hardware, to a combination of hardware embedded with a powerful software platform. So, in 2015 they made the decision to create one powerful platform for their Android-based TVs and digital signage screens. Following this decision, they wanted to find a partner to help them make life easier for their clients.

Solution

Philips decided to integrate the TeamViewer Host app into every screen, which provides permanent unattended remote access to each device. Their clients can now remote in and completely control the remote device to execute any task they need to—anywhere across the globe.
