We are thrilled with the work the whole team did in our dream bath, laundry and closet. They did a fantastic job with our bath. Chuck, the owner was Meticulous with every detail and even had some things redone because it didnâ t meet his approval. He knew what looked great and what looked average. He wasnâ t doing average. He was all about Great work not average work. It was important to him to have clean lines throughout the entire space. I really couldnâ t â seeâ why he had some things redone until I saw the end result. I didnâ t have that knowledge but he certainly did! I canâ t say enough what great hands we were in during the whole process. Our addition is a show stopper.!

We hired SB builders and Bob to build us a new house in McLean. We had interviewed multiple other contractors, however, once we interviewed Bob with SB when you were right there and then that he is the right guy for this job. He is professional, his knowledge, his passion for what he does came right through during the interview. The design was wonderful, very creative. The workers were all amazing, hard working, did a fantastic work. Easy to have in our home. The addition was done while we were home and they were all very considerate. The project is amazing and we love this company. It is everything we expected and more! The owner was great to work with and the project manager kept us up to date with everything and kept us in the loop daily. He was very thorough and detail oriented. This team knows how the navigate the permitting process which also helped move things along. The final project is beautiful and spacious. It is even more the I imagined and completed our dreams for our home!! I highly recommend United Residential Contractors!!!! We are telling all of our neighbors about them!!!

He responded quickly to my project, came out to review the work immediately after contacting him, had what I needed/wanted on his truck, never tried to sale me something more expensive, finished the project an hour or so after arriving. We hired Mike and his team to replace old, wood deck boards with composite boards, replace the screen around the enclosed portion of my deck, and paint the wood pickets on top of my front portico. They even sealed boards I did not get to, and that was not part of our contract. They went above and beyond, and the work they did was excellent. We are very happy with the finished product, and it all looks great. They do not leave any mess afterward either. It is good to work at a fair price. And Mike is very easy to work and communicate with, responding to all my texts and answering all my questions. Just be sure to go over the work completely, and have them finish any punch-out list before you hand over the final payment. I did have a couple of minor issues I found after the fact, and while Mike said he would come back to take care of them, he has yet to do so. It appears I will have to take care of them myself, but considering that he was thousands less than all the other estimates, this is a minor inconvenience.
