I had no idea who to call to address water damage on the baseboards, and lower drywall in my finished basement in my rehabbed house in Baltimore City. I thought water was coming down into the foundation from the alleyway, and black mold was starting to form on the walls. I finally googled basement waterproofing and found a company that was professional across the board - from the owner Robert, to Brooke, to Bill the estimator, and on to Vinny the foreman and his team of Hermis and Jose. Kudos to all, this is a well run company. From estimate to job scheduling was one week and the job was done in one day. In addition to recommending this company, I also recommend you be persistent in calling them like I did - you will get a response and you will be more than satisfied.

The Project Manager came in and assessed the work we needed done, We needed repairs to our baseboard and wall in the basement. They provided the most reasonable quote and sent a team to complete the work expeditiously. I would hire them again.

I reached out to Presto and they responded by setting up an appointment within a day or two. Jason came out and shared options with me for a sump pump, some structural support as well as some exterior masonry repairs. After having an Engineer come in and make a recommendation, Jason looked at the report and followed the Engineer's guidance with some minor enhancements. He had a crew out within a day. I was really impressed when after the local foremen sent me a picture of the completed work, that did not at all meet my expectations, Jason responded to the picture by letting me know he would handle it immediately, and he did. His crew finished the job layer that afternoon and it looked great. I really appreciate when there's an issue and vendors respond quickly and professionally, it shows that they care about their customers and their reputation, and Jason does. He's got an enthusiasm about the work that helps him explain the work in layman's terms, making it easy to do business with them. I've since referred another investor and she also had a great experience. I would highly recommend Presto!

Za and his team went above and beyond to help me. I hired them to install plumbing into a room I was designating as my mud room, so they had to go in the basement and route piping all around for drains, and supply and all that. He did an excellent It is perfect. Not only did he do the plumbing, but he also lugged my washer into that room, hooked it up, and made sure it worked. He also was going to do my dryer until he realized it was propane. I told him I am I switching to electric, so he took it upon himself to cap the propane line, and take the propane tank out back. He then cleaned the laundry room where the HVAC had so much trash from the previous owner, that was stuck behind the units. He cleaned it! He communicated with me every step of the way, made sure I was okay with having to cut into the drywall, educated me on what he did, what to do if there was a clog, and how to adjust when I pick out a sink cabinet. Everything was tested and cleaned before he left. The kicker is, that my HVAC guy came out the next day to remove my water radiant heater and disconnect them from my boiler. So that, when I went to shower I was expecting hot water. No hot water, long story short, my did not know what the hell he was doing and tried to point fingers at and z and his team educated him to the point HE was asking them questions. Boy, did I hire the wrong HVAC guy? came out twice! To double-check his work, that is when they noticed the cut off a major part of the boiler, which needed to supply water to be heated. Anyways. helped me understand the mess the HVAC guy caused so I could fire back to get him to fix it and I am so thankful for all the extra time and knowledge and responsiveness from him and his team.
