I hired DS Consulting to do a air clearance test after a low bidder asbestos abatement contractor said they were finished with my job. Once DS's industrial hygienist got there, he did a thorough visual inspection and found issues with the abatement. The contractor redid his work and said he was ready for the air clearance test. DS's air test showed that asbestos fibers were still in the containment area so the contractor had to redo his work yet again. Thankfully I hired DS as they worked in my best interest as the homeowner to ensure that my house was safe and free from asbestos fibers, as I couldn't trust the abatement contractor. I would use them again and recommend them.

Nico came out and completely understood the job request and tailored the minor repairs specific to our needs. He returned the next day and got the job done at a fraction of the price i was quoted elsewhere. He was right in the estimation of the extent of damage (being very superficial).
He treated the area, repaired it and was done in a few hours and at a fraction of the cost others quoted.

I was in a massive bind when my demolition contractor canceled on me at the last minute. Lucky for me I called Sharon and Team at PG Abatement. They were able to get me a quote that was extremely competitive and were able to start right away. Usually when the price is right and the turn around is quick you get shoddy work but that was not the case with PG. They were able to get my demo job done quickly and left the site clean and ready to go onto the next phase. I can not recommend PG Abatement and Demolition more and would have zero hesitation hiring them again. THANKS!!!
