Very good work, called when they were going to be a little late. Very reasonable.

My problem was with a Samsung refrigerator. Jim contacted me quickly. It was clear that he had the expertise needed for the job. We scheduled for the next morning. His initial diagnosis was correct and he completed the repair within an hour. He repaired the root cause of the problem, making it unlikely that it will recur. I would not hesitate to give him a call again!

Paul arrived on time and gave me an honest assessment of my washer. It could be repaired but it would be better to buy a new one. He gave me the cost of the repair vs. the new and I chose the latter. Recommended brands and was so knowledgeable about the appliance in general It was a very worthwhile visit

called for service and Dave was at my home 40 minutes later. Problem was water inlet valve on refrigerator. Dave replaced part total repair was about an hour. Dave was professional and wore a mask & gloves. Will definitely use again.

I have a Kitchen-aide built in commercial refrigerator. The appliance doctor went above and beyond to fix a part on my ice maker that was no longer available. I had a warranty & that company wrote me a check before without even ever opening the doors; â part not available.â The Aplliance Doctor found a part in an old box of used parts. Chris went ABOVE & BEYOND in a day where there is no customer service. Kaitlyn was gracious & accommodating in Customer Service. I received a referral from a friend & I will be recommending...and he Abe already!

Very professional, polite, detailed oriented and highly skilled. We had many lighting fixtures to replace and he did a great job. We also needed to paint our garage walls and ceiling and the work he did was above average. Strongly recommend.

I had a different contractor install my microwave and then I noticed it was tilted forward so rather than call them back, I called these guys who not only installed it level, they noticed that the other contractor had the fan blowing into the wall and didn't install the air filters.
