We were misled to believe that this guy would come out with the proper tools to fix our clog--he didn't do a thing, and he barely tried before giving up, and still charged us the $64 service fee. Thanks for nothing!

The appointment isn't until next Thursday for the clogged drain. At that time they will examine the gas stove situation to see if I need a licensed gas person out to bleed or something.

Rooter Man was the first to respond by e-mail and came out and fixed the job that day. The only problem is that their Master Plumber still has to come out with the City inspector before Entergy can reinstall the meter. I'm sure it's a City problem. I can only hope that Rooter Man is actively following-up to get the inspector out here and the job complete. My tenant has been without gas for two weeks now.
