This article describes Kaspersky Subscription Licensing and its advantages, how to manage subscriptions, which billing plans are supported and the B2B products available.
The article is written for Distributors and Resellers/MSP Partners, who sell and/or use Kaspersky subscription licenses.
Kaspersky provides MSP Partners and Resellers with a flexible, scalable and cost-efficient way to manage licenses, based on a subscription model. Subscription licenses are available on a monthly or an annual basis.
Subscription licenses can only be activated with activation codes. Internet access is required for correct activation and performance.
Subscription licenses are not compatible with non-subscription licenses.
Kaspersky supports several subscription billing plans for MSP Partners/Resellers:
Our legacy monthly billing plan is still supported via the Distributors’ marketplace integrated with KORM B2B version 1.0.
Our pay-as-you-go and annual billing plans are supported either via the Kaspersky License Management Portal or through the Distributor’s marketplace integrated with KORM B2B version 2.0.
For daily usage calculations and billing purposes, a "day" is defined as beginning and ending in the UTC+0 timezone.
The month of cancellation is paid in full, even if the subscription was cancelled on the 1st day of the calendar month.
Kaspersky reserves the right to sanction any MSP or Distributor found to be manipulating any billing scheme for fraudulent use, and may conduct audit activity on accounts without notice in order to investigate suspected abuse.
Subscription is available for the following applications:
