Brenden Wicks not only did a quality professional installation but he provided excellent customer service from beginning to end including calling to let us know he would be early if we were ready, providing us with options and explaining the pros and cons of each. Looking up the correct fixture on line and agreeing to take the original fixture out while we ran to Home Depot to get the new one ourselves to avoid a 30% mark up he would have to charge if he went to get it for us, cleaning up after his installation and providing info on the labor warranty as well as locating the fixture warranty info for us in the manufacturer material. We could not have asked for a better all around experience.

The repairman was on time, came in and explained what he was going to do, after I told him what I had done, to fix the problem. He worked quickly and proficiently, explaining as he went along. He replaced the old hard wired box with a new plug in outlet, now required by code. We turned everything on, and it all work perfectly. I could not have asked for anything better!
