  This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was not looking forward to doing this renovation but it went so smoothly. All work was done promptly, people arrived and left when promised, the house was clean after they left and everyone was polite and considerate. I would highly recommend PHI for anyone planning to get work done in their bathroom, no matter what size. I would definitely use them again

If you aren’t happy with something, they won’t stop until you are 100% satisfied. Another great thing about BCM that seems like a small thing, but is so important, is that they keep the cleanest job site we’ve ever seen!   Danny did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and we love it! He and his workers were very respectful of our home throughout the process and communicated with us regularly about the status of the job. Danny's original estimate is exactly what he said it would be when the job was finished. We had no surprises. This job was a complete demolition of our old bathroom. Plumbing, drywall, tile, fixtures...everything! We trusted him and he did not disappoint us! A great guy who did great work and treated us right

  This Door company is very prices, but you get what you pay for. My wife ordered a custom door in November 2021. A technician name Johnney (who I must say did a great job installing the door) install my door on 5-20-22 when it came in. The door looks great, and it was installed with perfection, however one of the door handles was smaller than the other. Johnney did his job and noted it on the returning documents. My wife received an email from them stated it will take 6-8 week for one to come in. I am so disappointed with that response. After waiting 6 month and paying $7934.00. That is the wrong answer for just a door handle. That the only reason I did not give them five stars. The job isn't completed until I get the correct door handle, and according to EntryPoint I need to wait 8 more weeks. If someone would have done their job or would do their job, this situation would have been avoided and would be rectified in a timely manner. A door handled is a standard part. It's no way I should have to wait that long to get a door handle

  This is our second project with BCM - Salar and his team. A few years ago, they renovated two bathrooms, including the master, and we were very happy with the experience and results. In 2021, we fully renovated our basement, including adding two rooms. As before, we are thrilled with the results. The BCM team provides upfront detailed cost estimates and timing, communicates well throughout the project, and works well with all aspects of the project - demo, rough build, drywall, tile, appliances, fixtures, etc. They also worked with us on ideas, providing feedback and input. Couldn't recommend BCM more highly

  Mike is the greatest!!! Not just personally, ethically, and meticulous, but he is an ARTIST of the finest caliber when he is creating and transforming spaces. He is worth every penny for all that he has done. He works with whatever your wishes are and he was completely flexible with all our ideas (and we had a lot!). He took a 60's bathroom and laundry room and created the most elegant half bath for guests with a lighted niche, floating basin, bidet toilet, and added a remarkable closet with both open and concealed cubbies where an old outdated bathtub once was. He porcelain tiled the floor in a luscious marble-like pattern and painted the room so now it is so peaceful and beautiful for visitors. Then he went to work on an oversize laundry room and reconfigured it into a gorgeous main bath off the main bedroom, including creating a huge double shower, with niche and bench, so we can even shower the dogs, soaking tub, 72 inch vanity that is stunning with great light, and last but not least a wonderful water closet with a bidet toilet. He installed a heated, porcelain tiled floor, beautifully tiled the shower, with added tiling above the vanity and soaking tub, and added a heated towel rack. He added storage spaces all around so the counters could always be clutter-free and things could be in the places such things should be. I can't tell you how awesome this transformation was! Next we want him to do the kitchen! This should be a great adventure. While he is working, you wouldn't believe how neatly he leaves everything before he goes home. No dust or sign of construction except for the stuff we have moved temporarily that will go back into the completed space. We loved the entire experience with Mike McShane Home Improvement! I recommend him wholeheartedly as long as he keeps enough time to keep coming back! He's your ideal home partner for keeping your house a place you love!!
