I highly recommend Palm Construction for any home remodel job. We had them remodel our kitchen (including adding an island and moving the sink and dishwasher over to it), installing a new heater and air-conditioning, re-wire whole house, remodel bathroom and new flooring and paint throughout our 40+ year old home. Working with Ken and Jacob was super easy and they were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns along the way. The crews that showed up each day always came on time and did a fabulous job and cleaned everything up each evening. Despite living in the house during this massive remodel (with a toddler!) overall it was pretty painless. We had gotten seven estimates and while their price fell in the middle, we feel that they were well worth it and more! Our house feels like a brand new home and is so more livable!

This is my first time using their services. They follow a certain protocol to arrange an appointment and provide the service. Before the service technician arrived, I received all of the notifications and clear communication. Emma was professional, did his work, and cleaned up after the service. The communication was pleasant, and the fees were affordable.

Mike and his team showed up on time and they did excellent work on my roof replacement. There were no issues and project was finished on promised time and within agreed price. The quality is excellent and my roof looks great! Thank you Palm Construction, I couldn't ask for more!

We hired Expert Home for our kitchen remodel. The manager was on top of the project and had wonderful ideas. You could tell he has a lot of experience. The job was completed within three weeks. It was very easy to get in contact with them daily , always available on the phone . We already recommended this company to our friends.

I needed repair done quickly pursuant to the sale of my home and an impending closing. Casey arranged an estimate within 24 hours and once hired, had a crew there two days later. They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. Quality of work was excellent and they left the property as clean as it was before they arrived. My only very minor concern was that due to a mis-communication within the organization, when a representative from the homeowners association questioned his authority to do the work, it could have been handled more diplomatically.

I hired Pure Home Remodeling to bring the backyard finally to life. My house is a new construction house and the lot was mainly dirt. This project was a challenging one because of the uneven space and I wanted to extend it by removing part of the hill side of the back yard. After spoking with an office personal from Pure Home Remodeling, for the initial meeting that I had with them, I met with our project manager. Our project manager was able to provide me with 2 designs including an estimate for each one of them in order to help me get few ideas of what I can do and mainly the cost of the extended lot. My main goal was to have an outdoor kitchen that will include: - BBQ area with nice seating table and chairs. - Rounded fire pit that will be surrounded by a stone bench with pillows. - Grass area. - Outdoor patio that will be inside/outside seating. This was my main goal in this remodeling and the most important task. My main concern was that during the past, I did some remodeling work and my experience with them was not good at all. In one of the cases, the contractor just left the site in the middle and never came back to finish the work. Luckily enough, this was not the case with Pure Home Remodeling. Our project manager was particularly educated about this type of projects and he provided great recommendations. Sure enough, there were some problems and issues, but our project manager solved them when they arrived and without involving us too much with the solutions. This could only happened when you have all this extensive experience with what you do and love to do. I was mainly fascinated with the hard working and ethic of the actual workers. I can state that they always came to work at the house on time, they were polite and made sure not to leave a mess after each working day. Pure Home Remodeling did such an excellent job and each time I hear a good word from someone that visit my house, I feel much happier about Pure Home Remodeling and MAINLY Our project manager.
