You donâ t have to feel apprehensive about this company. They do a great job and are very personable. They rerouted and replaced all the copper pipes with Pex pipes and installed a water heater and. kitchen faucet for my parentsâ house, all in two days. We are pleased with the entire experience having them do the job.

I recently found out that my hard water may have been contributing to my 8 year old daughters psoriasis issue. Before medication we wanted to try as many other options as possible. Knowing that Hobe Sound does not have the best water, I inquired with Aqua Man and they promptly followed up with me which was a huge breath of fresh air. We discussed the water quality in my area and they helped decide which course of action to take. They were knowledgeable and friendly. To top it off, they had a functioning system installed in my home shortly after my initial inquiry. I am a retired teacher, on a very limited and tight income. After the initial proposal (which I considered reasonable) I would have appreciated being told as each of the additional parts were added to the job of that additional cost! Although I understand they were necessary it would have been helpful if I were aware of that additional cost before I committed to the job. The additional cost did take me past my budget. I believe that additional cost information could/should have been provided before the commencement of the project.
I do appreciate the promptness in the priority in which this project was executed. I was not only without hot water for the weekend, I was without water.! That extra effort and prioritization was highly appreciated!

Galene did a great job on my installation and went above and beyond to locate my water line, which wasn't where it would be believed to be even by myself, but they did it! It has been a year and they contacted me to remind me of the filter medium refresh...came and did that and the difference in the color and feel of my water since the installation is night and day. Thank you Galene. I just bought a new house and one of the firsts on my to do list is installing the same system.

No service charge for (lower than expected) estimate for 2 running toilets, broken bidet spigot and replacement of AC condensate overflow switch. Connected (no charge) electric to overflow switch. Came when promised. Did 4 jobs quickly. Left 4 areas clean and dry. Parked away from garage door, leaving room for cars to enter and exit garage. Only major complaint; did not invite us for lunch
