We've had superb experiences with James on several plumbing jobs, the latest being installation of a recirculating hot water pump and replacement of a toilet. He and Max are always extremely courteous and professional in their customer service approach and also very neat, tidy and skilled in their work. We will be certain to call James for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend him for any plumbing projects or repairs.

Jim had to return to complete the task as the toilet was cracked. He is now our family plumber. Excellent work and customer service was 5 star.

There was some miscommunications at the begging and there was some delay to have them address my concern and in the end he acknowledged my concern and he more than adequately resolved my issue.

Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater.

Edgar Rodriguez with Power Flow Plumbing was responsive, even on a weekend. Came within a few hours of initial call to Angi. Excellent customer service. Loved our Frenchie Bulldog. Was in and out in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. We called over a dozen other plumbers and experienced such bad customer service that we were getting very discouraged and afraid we were going to be taken advantage of with it being the weekend. Some of the rates quoted were ridiculous and outright extortion. This was not the experience with Edgar. He was great and his quote was very fair and accurate. We saved his info and will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others. Thanks again, Edgar!

Ace Home Services delivered Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness and a great Value. This is our 3rd home using Ace Home Services for complete AC installs. This time around it started with a service call as our AC quit working on Wednesday night. I scheduled a appt on their website at 11pm and received a call Thursday morning confirming my appt. and window time. Next I received a text message stating Service Technician Robert Mitchell is on his way along with a picture and his Bio (Nice Touch for sure). Robert arrived right on time and walked us through every step of his diagnosing the problem and explained every test he conducted. The compressor was toast along with most of the components as I already knew from the heat & burning smell coming from our outside unit. Robert quoted us for what it would take to repair it however this was a Trane that was 14 years old so really not worth spending a lot of money fixing so we told Robert to quote a new unit. After some back and forth with Robert and his Mgr on the phone we agreed to what I knew was a very good price so we scheduled a install for Saturday, 2 days out not bad for the summer time. Today I received 2 more text messages saying they were on their way and had 2 more pictures and names along with their Bio's of the installers who were going to be installing our system. Wan Kim & Anthony Rust arrived 8am sharp introduced themselves we walked the job at hand and they got started. They tarped the area and started to disassemble the old units and than installing the new ones. Here comes 2pm and my home is starting to cool down already they were done! They cleaned up like they were never here walked us through the system and off they went another great Install by Ace Home Services. I am in the service industry and with the largest company in the US for what we do. I wish our service delivery was as good as Ace Home Services, we definitely can take some pointers on how they run their business and deliver customer service excellence. Job Well Done!

Everyone I spoke with was responsive and professional. My water heater had split down the back during the night so my main water valve was turned off. They sent someone out in just a few hours and followed up with me from the office to ensure I was receiving timely service (considered an emergency I believe and they worked me into their schedule). I have forgotten names, but the service provided by them, from the owner, installer and office manager, was excellent. Additionally, the installer of my new water heater managed to get the job done in the same day, was cordial and professional in all respects, and did not display the condescension that is sometimes adopted when a workman is dealing with a single woman (those workmen/companies never get my money btw). I am very satisfied, appreciative of the quality and speed with which they resolved my problem, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Later, when I researched the cost of what I purchased, their charge was within the normal range for a replacement water heater installation.

We were not the first stop for the install today and there were issues with the previous stop. Sumer called immediately to let us know John was running late due to issues that occurred on the previous install. Sumer continued to keep us abreast of John's ETA and John had sent us a test message as well. We let Sumer know we had to run out to do an errand but we should be back before John arrives. John arrived ready to go and did a great job installing out RO system and we can't wait to have delicious tasty drinking water and great ice cubes just in time for happy hour.
