His house will be demolished and he wants to get rid of the unit before the demolition so, he offered it to me. I am looking for someone that can uninstall from his house and re-install it in my condo. Both A/C unit and furnace (electric). Photos of unit available on request. I live in a third floor condo but the A/C unit is in the ground floor, with the other unit in my loft. It may require a visit to his house in Vienna before de-installation for a more appropriate estimated cost.
