"Pearce Remodeling far exceeded my expectations. They dug, planted 20 6'-8' tall evergreens, graded, and seeded my property. The company was very flexible with scheduling around a suitable timeframe for me and even working in the rain to finish the project. "Greg and his team were more than fantastic from start to finish. After running into an unexpected hurdle (i.e. my roof is all concrete- no wood at all), a 7-hour project turned into a 30+ hour project as Greg and his team problem solved their way through making sure my roof was installed correctly while retaining the integrity of the concrete roof. Despite the temperature hitting above 90 degrees each day, everyone on the crew worked constantly. I was provided updates on the progress at least twice a day, so I felt well informed about the crew's plan, which put my mind at ease. The crew took pride in their work. They took their time to show me some different features they had installed before they left on the last day. They also expressed concern about damaging my plants (something that I was not concerned about), and went so far as to protect my tomatoes plants with an old pallet I had in my yard. The crew did an amazing job with clean up; they were able to remove almost every piece of shattered slate on the ground. Greg was my main point of contact. He spoke to me honestly and respectfully (I mention this only because as a female homeowner, contractors often talk down to me or dismiss my concerns). He even called a couple of weeks later to check in with me to make sure that I was happy with the roof. Having a roof installed was a major purchase for me. Greg and his crew made the process easy and worry-free for me (even if it wasn't for them). I would highly recommend them based on their integrity, diligence and resiliency.

"Unbelievably well. These guys are fantastic! From start to finish Taylor & Tony were very personal & professional. They kept every promise as well as responding to each and every text &phone call immediately. "Home Genius was so easy to work with. We had our estimate and had our new roof within one week. The entire roof was completed in one day. They were prompt and professional. The quality of the work was outstanding. Also, they cleaned everything going as far as taking a magnet around to find stray nails. "Very well, and I am pleased. Drew, at AMC, was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate. His price was a little steep, even after he gave me a 10% discount for being a Senior Citizen. But I trusted him right from the get-go, and decided his price was worth an honest man's work. Three other roofers came in with lower estimates, but it felt like AMC was the right choice for me. His team were efficient and thorough, without any of the bad language associated with roofers. They all stayed on task and go the job done. It helps that Drew works with his team most of the hours. They cleaned up around the house really, really well, and they didn't damage a single shrub or bush and I was very pleased about that. Drew was a little slow in getting me the warranty paperwork after the job was complete, that's why I didn't give him an "A" in Responsiveness
