"This was basically a refurbishment of a whole apartment, soup to nuts. It went better than I could have hoped. Mike came in and said he would he work continuously from the start until the job was finished. And that’s what he did. He kept us apprised of any additional costs incurred because of unforeseen circumstances, explaining everything that needed to be done. We depended heavily on his suggestions as to color choice, materials, fixtures, etc. and he did not disappoint. The results are beautiful. He went out his way for the special needs of the job and took care of details that enhanced the end results considerably. The reno included removing walls to add insulation, gutting the kitchen and existing bath, adding a new bathroom, installing new cabinets/appliances, painting the whole house, install a new entry door and new flooring. "We hired Vadim and his team to do some small renovations in our apartment. (Painting of all apartment walls and ceilings, installing Vinyl Tile flooring throughout, relocating a closet). Not only was the job completed ahead of schedule, it was done beautifully and our apartment looks great! The guys all wore masks and kept distance which was really reassuring.
