Tommy is great overall. He balanced personable with professional perfectly. He’s forthright, communicates promptly, does what he says he’s gonna do, does quality work, and is fair and transparent with pricing.
On my job, he even helped me fix something else he noticed was a hazard and his work made my whole house cleaner, warmer and safer.

Very happy from start to finish. Project to as long as they projected. Love my new high-tech furnace. My only complaint is the installer said we needed to update an electrical plug and would be back to replace. Haven't heard from this company since they received my payment.

The initial install went well, unfortunately the equipment installed had an issue and required both a new circuit board and new motor. I was kept informed of the progress of finding the replacement parts and the repairs were performed quickly and professionally. They truly stand by their products and service.

Thomas and Dave did an excellent job in replacing my furnace. Thomas truly knows the industry and has a tremendous level of knowledge with several years of experience. He was so easy to work with and spent time answering questions and explaining all details of the project. I compared several companies and went with Pinnacle after heavy consideration. They did an excellent job - we are very happy with the furnace and the work provided. I'll refer these guys to my neighbors and family all day long!
