    Im 3 years into my 5 Year Warranty. I have called them on at least 6 occasions over the past year to fix the "flaking" epoxy material this company installed. Every call ends with one of "our technicians" will call you back. I haven't heard back from them thus far. Save your time and money and hire a company with "great" reviews and one that will actually "back" their warranty

    Great experience!! Two day job. First day prep which includes grinding the top of the concrete floor for adhesion, then base coat and flakes. Second day scrape off excess, vac completely then clear coat. We had him put extra sillica in the clear coat for shoe adhesion in wet weather. Came out beautifully. Call Pete and get the badass garage floor you've always wanted, like me

    Ron Desiderio is personable, professional, courteous and very detailed in his estimating the job. Any additional work was discussed and priced before the crew proceeded. At completion, there were no surprises in the final bill. The crew(Saul's crew) was timely, very professional and polite. They worked very hard, long hours and cleaned up daily. We have a large home and we were more than pleased. We would definitely rfecommend Ron and The Painting Pros for all your painting needs

    Outstanding by all measures. This was my first experience as an Angie's List user, and it was truly an excellent one. Highlights: Customer Experience Ron set the tone on this early, with prompt return of my initial phone calls/questions, his onsite visit and estimate delivery, and follow up. Then his crews came in and followed suit. Everyone displayed the utmost in professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. It was clear that everyone involved was proud to be a part of the team, and seemed genuinely happy to have a job where quality was first priority. Quality of Work This is my sixth home personally, so I've had a lot of work done over the years. For the gutters and the staining/painting, the work work was top notch. Ron made several recommendations at the beginning, and each of those turned out to be spot on. The end results speak for themselves, 2.5 months later and I am still 110% satisfied. Value Price was not the key consideration for me but it is nice when the you get this level of service and quality at a competitive price. Value is the ratio of quality and price, and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Bottom Line: If you are in need of a service that the Painting Pros handle, go ahead and get your 3 quotes if you must, but in the end go with Ron and team
