Our culture committee and DEI council spearhead initiatives that improve our overall culture, while ensuring all teams and underrepresented groups have a seat at the table. We have a variety of employee resource groups fostering a culture of belonging and promoting upward mobility for underrepresented groups. We host companywide meetings twice monthly in which our executive team members answer employee questions. Our monthly all-hands meeting, led by the CEO, helps employees feel connected to our impact and a part of decisions.

We have long had a communication and culture workgroup dedicated to cultivating a caring workplace that inspires employee connectivity, fostering teamwork, and embodying the core values established by our founder. Our team spirit compels us to support and encourage one another no matter the circumstances. Philanthropy is an ongoing commitment both from the top down and from the bottom up.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life, which we are able to achieve only if our employees live a quality life. Part of our foundation is our mindset coaching program, which helps employees learn how to de-stress and reframe thoughts in a positive light through practices such as breathing exercises and journaling. In an effort to prioritize employee health, we provide Whoop Strap fitness trackers, which can be used when participating in companywide health competitions, such as a recent tournament to see which team members could get the most sleep, with the winners receiving Pelotons.

We prioritize employee flexibility and innovation. Our employees are not required to work the standard 9-to-5 hours. Instead, they build their own hours and decide where they want to work (remote, hybrid, or on-site) to best suit their needs. We encourage employees to work on different aspects of the business to determine what area they would like to specialize in, to have a wide range of expertise and experiences to support and grow their abilities.

Our company is built upon three core values: 1) care more, 2) team over self, and 3) enjoy the journey. We embed these values into everything we do, from formal all-hands meetings to social get-togethers. We also hold companywide off-site gatherings at fabulous destinations like Lake Tahoe, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta. These events are more than just aligning on company goals; they enable us to create unique bonds that fuel our company culture. In between off-site gatherings, we get together regularly during monthly all-hands and closing-day meetings to celebrate wins and accomplishments.
