Quality of Care Update

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) remains committed to continually improving our health care quality and access reporting. VA is currently reviewing website usability and consolidating data for Veterans onto Access to Care. This consolidation is based on continued input from Veterans, evolution of VA's data reporting tools, and COVID-19-related impacts. As of Jan. 20, 2021, no new data will be updated on the Quality of Care site.

Data sets on the following pages have been relocated to other VA websites:

  • How Does Your Medical Center Perform?
  • How Does Your CLC Perform?
  • How Does Your VA Health Experience Rate?

Data are currently available at these websites:

  • Access to Care — View access times at individual facilities and compare VA quality of care with community providers to help Veterans and caregivers make health care decisions
  • VA's Open Data — Comprehensive data archives for SAIL, Why Not the Best VA, and hospital performance to provide detailed data for Veterans, caregivers, media inquiries, researchers, and freely available to the public.
