    I did get a date to repair the refrigerator with serviceman arriving by mid afternoon. Once the serviceman arrived he quickly diagnosis the problem and was able to replace a fan for the freeze section.

    I had very an EXCELLENT experience with Platinum Factory Service. NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. Our clothes dryer stopped working on 12/16/21. Our home warranty company assigned Platinum Factory Service. I was able to set up an appointment with Platinum Factory Service online for 12/29/21 (7:00-11:00 am window) (as I recall, they had sooner appointments but the dates did not work for me). On 12/29, the technician (Paul B.) called me a shortly after 7:00 am to let me know he was on his way, and he was at our house by 7:30 am. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (blown control board) and checked the availability of the necessary replacement part on his computer while we were standing there. Paul B. informed me the part showed to be "in stock" but also cautioned that he could not confirm the part definitely was in stock because sometimes the part suppliers do not update their systems. Paul B told me his office would know later once an order was placed. Later that same day, I received a call from a representative at Platinum Factory Service who informed me the part was, indeed, in stock and ordered. She also scheduled a next appointment for 1/10/22 (12-4 pm window) for the replacement part to be installed. On 1/10, Paul B. showed up a few minutes before 12 pm, quickly replaced the control board, tested and confirmed the dryer was working, and then returned everything back to its original place. He was in and out in around 30 minutes. Other positives to note, I received email- and text message- confirmations, notifications and reminders throughout the entire process, including an extremely helpful interactive link that allowed me to track my technician's progress at his multiple other appointments on the day of my appointment so I could see how his schedule was going. I read a lot of bad reviews on this site, and, admittedly, they had me very nervous when my home warranty company assigned them to our job. However, my experience with Platinum Factory Service and their technician, Paul B., was VERY GOOD. Thank you Platinum Factory Service and Paul B

    My 18yo water heater finally broke this morning. When I called this company, they asked for the model and serial numbers of my old heater, whether my building had an elevator and several pictures of where the heater is located. Based on this information, they gave me an exact price I would have to pay; I really appreciated the clarity in this process and the fairness in their price. They were able to offer a same-day service and the compnay called me an hour before their arrival to let me know I should be expecting them. The workers were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They were very knowledgable in their work and did not try to press for extra services. They were efficient and prompt in installing the heater even though the installation site was pretty crowded. They cleaned up the area thoroughly before they left. In summary, I had a superb experience with this company and would highly recommend to anyone that needs water heater installation

    We got a return phone call within 1/2 hour. Roger diagnosed the problem over the phone and told us several ways we might fix it. If our fixes didn't work he made more suggestions including buying a new washer to replace this 2004 machine. There was no charge for advice but he will be our new repairman since he was so knowledgeable
