"I've used Texas Sun twice for emergency tree services following storms. The first was to remove a tree that had nearly fallen through my roof. The second was to remove a huge branch that was broken and dangling from a tree over my deck. In both instances Esteban was able to quickly get a team over to my house to remove the tree and branch before further damage was done to my house. Esteban and his team are extremely professional, friendly, and were always on time. I appreciate this company so much and will be using them for future needs.

"We obtained bids from several tree trimming services, and also checked on customer feedback. Action Tree Service of San Antonio gave us a quote lower than the others, and was also highly recommended by one of our neighbors. so we decided to hire them. They were able to fit us into their schedule 3 weeks early, and brought a large enough crew to finish all the tree trimming in one day, including hauling away all the cut branches. They also cleaned up all the loose debris on our yard, leaving everything looking great. The price we paid was well worth it, as they not only trimmed lots & lots of trees, but also completely removed some very large trees that were encroaching on our house. We will definitely use Action Tree Service of San Antonio again when we need further tree trimming, and we highly recommend them to others.

"So far, the experience has been great. (The stump grinding happens on a separate trip.) Scott Ford is very knowledgeable about trees, especially oaks. The estimate process was easy and he shared a lot of knowledge from his own experience. The next morning, the crew was here to fell 4 live oak trees that were too close to the house and trim a cedar tree. The work proceeded quickly and safely (care was taken to avoid damage to the house and property), the firewood was stacked neatly by the fence, the trimmings were chipped, and the property was cleaned up. The only ding I'd give them is that two of the workers were not wearing hard hats. I'll update when the stump grinding is completed.

"In mid August, I got four estimates for a project that involved a large oak tree in front of our house and several smaller trees (with branches hanging over a neighbor's driveway and roof) on the side. Unlike other companies, which were proposing dates in the mid and late October, Josef (Tree Musketeers) scheduled me for the first day of September! Moreover, his price (including applicable discounts) was significantly below what others quoted. Equally important, Josef was quick to respond to text messages throughout. The crew showed up on time (7:00 am) and got to work right away. They were skillful and nice enough to listen to my suggestions for extra trimmings of some limbs. They cleaned up before they left. My only reservation is that a bougainvillea plant, a metal rod for hanging plants attached to a lamp post, and a sprinkler head- all in a flowerbed around the edge of the oak tree- were damaged as a result of the falling parts. Perhaps some precautionary measures could minimize the damage.
