The Leadership, Education. Analysis, Development, Sustainment (LEADS), formerly JMESI, Distance Learning modules serve as a pre-requisite to the Entry Level Executive Nurse Course, Air Force Intermediate Executive Skills Course, and the Clinical Nurse OIC/NCOIC Leader development Course.
