When it tripped after five minutes, I knew I was in trouble. This lady was knowledgeable enough to know it was my pump. She quoted a price and I thought, "they could have somone out tomorrow????" Sold!!!!! So, all set.... couldn't hardly wait. About two hours later, I get a call from Scott, he was on his way!! Same Day Service!!! And most others will put you in a holding pattern cause they can. Not Duck Duck. Scott came out and assessed the situation and knew it was the pump,. He brought everything with him and had us fixed, cleaned up and back in operation in just two hours. Scott is a people person and is very skilled at customer service because he genuinely cares. Went over every step of the process and showed me how everything works. Answered all my questions and really took care of me from start to finish. You guys got a customer for life!
- Clay County Master Plumbing LLCI had to get the permit before I could get a firm estimate. Egans Environmental did the site testing and applied for the permit. Darrell Cruz pumped the septic and dosing tanks and provided the page 4 report. Harold from Clay County Master Plumbing gave the estimate and did the work. Harold did a great job. He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies

"I broke a water line and this flooded a bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and a part of my kitchen. The water restoration began the same day of the water leak. Total time for water restoration was about 6 days. Mold testing and restoration was the next step. This took about 14 days, including the restoration of the mold. Main time delay was sending the test to Texas for analysis. Final step was the reconstruction. This did not begin until about 40 days after the mold restoration was completed. I do not hold Integrity Restoration responsible for this long delay. This was an insurance claim, thus by the time all parties reached an agreement it simply took time. Accolades for Max at Integrity for taking care of all the insurance on my behalf. Glen, the owner told me on the day we met they would take care of everything and they did! He also made sure I knew this process would take 3-4 months because insurance companies can work slowly. In my case this was true. Overall I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff at Integrity were very quick to answer my questions and clarify my concerns.

"We had our well pressure tank leak and go bad on a weekend (of course), and thus burning out our pump as well. I had contacted several well and pump service companies, but Florida Pump Service responded back in less the 10 minutes. They dispatched a repairman (Johnnie) who was fast, competent and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and set up a temporary pressure tank and new pump, saving me the double time service work of a weekend emergency call. He arranged to return on a weekday where he re-plumbed the tank and pump permanently into our system, and replaced the worn switch and valves.
<br /> I noticed later in the day that the pump wasn't promptly shutting off when pressure was reached. The company returned and discovered that the brand new pressure switch was at fault and replaced it again at no additional cost. While Johnnie was here, he did suggest a few changes to our current system that could make the aeration system work better, but no pressure to buy additional items. Only gave a "B" on cost as service was on the weekend so double cost for call and labor, and the cost of the equipment was a bit higher then expected (about 35% more then if I had purchased the tank and pump myself). But I do understand that a company needs to make a profit and pay its employees.
