Very smooth installation, in just the time frame predicted, of a very nice Martin insulated door with Liftmaster opener. Installer framed out the opening (I need to paint) as needed and achieved a nice snug fit, did a neat job of running the wire for the inside switch. Installer was able to install opener on one side as I hoped but didn't have confirmed in advance. Estimate was easily arranged and the company was eager for the business, sending a follow-up copy of quote.

I called on Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday morning, between 9 and 11am. Robert was at my house a little after 9 with everything he needed - a couple of hours later, I had a new opener and all was well. Recommended.

This company repaired my 1970's (came with the house) door opener about 2 years ago. The individual who did the work at that time was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me anything, but did say that the motor would not really be repairable once it wore out. So I called when the motor finally did go. Again, a nice clean professional job, no pushy sales, and everything works perfectly!

Their quote was good and they did not try to sell me more expensive door/opener that I do not need. They were punctual and professional for both the quote and the installation. The installation was well done. The only small mix-up was that the technician picked up mismatched panels of different styles. He finished the job with what he had and came back a few days later to swap out the incorrect panels.

It took a while to schedule when Jon could make it to Menlo Park to do the work, but once that was finalized, the work was very professional, the quality was excellent, and all questions about maintenance, etc, were fully answered.

They were on time or even a little early for every appointment, and everyone was polite and professional. The person making the estimate (Joe, Frank's brother) even painted a color swatch for us on the fly so we that we could choose the correct color for the door. It took about half a day to install everything. Our new door works well, and (according to my husband) is very well weather-sealed. The price is reasonable and would be even less if you don't want the thicker insulation. They have a showroom in Santa Clara so you can see samples before you buy.

Tim did an outstanding job. It is so great to have a new functioning garage door...I should not have waited so long! Tim was punctual, friendly, and did a tremendous amount of work in a short time. Terry was on time, informative, and pleasant to work with. We asked for an additional keyless pad after he arrived on the job and he willingly drove back to the shop during rush hour to obtain the part.

THEY CAME OUT, MEASURED, & LOOKED AT WHAT WE WANTED. THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT REMOVING & INSTALLING. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE, & CLEANED UP WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO REPROGRAM THE OPENER IF WE NEEDED TO.

When Craig arrived, he immediately inspected the existing opener, advised me what he needed to do, and assured me the wiring and hookup would work with the new system. He addressed all my concerns, advised what needed to be done, and was very professional. It was obvious that Craig had installed many systems before, as he worked quickly and the system was up and running in the timeframe promised. Very happy with the service, and my new system. The 'B' on punctuality was not a reflection on the service itself. I think there were two appointments booked back-to-back, which pushed my appointment to be a bit later than originally anticipated.

We had some mix-ups with the scheduling, but the garage door was installed at the agreed upon time and works great.

They did a tune up and replaced the rollers on our garage door. The door was out of balance and the wires on the side that actually pull the door up were coming apart. it cost a bit extra to replace the wires but it was a fair price. He really made sure the door was in great shape before leaving. balanced so it rolls up easier espically without the opener if need be. He also fixed the opener that was installed slightly off. Made a difference.
