"Southern Majestic Homes did my demolition work and was absolutely A+ perfect! Choose them. Price was the best, follow-up & communication was excellent, they quickly pulled a permit through our county, and the entire project was completed in 1 week even though we had lots of rain. It was fascinating to see how they demolished and removed a giant screen enclosure, huge deep pool, tiered spa and cool deck around the pool. The owner Stan and 1 diligent hard-working person named Juan worked long hours in heat & humidity and we wondered how they could they do that without backs aching for days… They sloped the hard-packed dirt just as we wanted and left the place clean on Friday as promised. We’re delighted to have our yard back to nature instead of a pool in much need of repair and maintenance that no one has used for years. Our homeowner insurance will lessen, county property tax will be reduced and we save the money on salt water pool service monthly. Great decision & great work on the part of Southern Majestic Homes – they’re the BEST!

"Richard and his crew did a great job. Price was as quoted and included the paint to my surprise. They did great prep work and the result is fantastic. I was a bit nervous about the color at first which I discussed with Richard. He advised me to give it a week because the change was so dramatic - and he was absolutely correct. The house looks stunning and I've received many compliments already on how great it looks. Now I just have to add the new landscaping. "We hired Arce Remodeling through Angi to demo and replace our dropped ceiling in the kitchen. It was an antiquated rectangle in our kitchen with plexiglass panels bent upward with fan in the middle. Arce professionals made numerous suggestions that we agreed to implement. In particular they recommended a herring bone design in the top which came out specular. They also installed four can lights as recommended and they provide plenty of light along with a second option of amber low light feature. Additionally they installed a new ceiling fan. The amber low light of the can lights along with the new ceiling fan is beautiful. Painters then came in the applied two different coats the project. The result was beyond our exceptions. All of the workers were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Jesse the president stayed in contact with us throughout the entire project. All work was done within the quoted price and payment was available through a web portal. We highly recommend them and would definitely use again.
