Our bathroom remodel was quick and without incident. My most common difficulty with house/yard work is maintaining communication but Perfect View was absolutely perfect in keeping us up to date and informed. Would absolutely use them again!

  • Ray Page Plumbing, Inc
    5.0
My experience with Ray Page Plumbing was all around very good. Luke, the Ray Page Plumbing technician, was great! He was professional, courteous, and most of all thorough and resourceful in identifying an issue that didn't present itself immediately. Luke listened attentively to all the symptoms I relayed that our basement level mascerator pump and plumbing system was exhibiting. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasn't presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!) He was clean and knowledgable in his work. He didn't have the part but his team got it out to him quickly. He got to work and fixed it timely. The office staff who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment were also easy going, thorough and efficient to work with. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for a job well done Ray Page Plumbing

  • Gove Restoration LLC
    5.0
We used Gove Restoration to remodel our 1910 Kitchen and downstairs bathroom and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the project and the way Gove performed, from start to finish. Matt Gove handled every detail of the job, and assisted making the plan and executing it. All of the work was performed on schedule, as promised, and with the highest craftsmanship. Village Cabinets were the showstopper and Gove coordinated all the details for the cabinets, installed hardwood flooring, lighting, and a redesign of our former pantry into a new and beautiful space. The workspace was kept clean and organized during the whole period. Gove moved the existing appliances and kept them ready to reinstall. Matt was a hands-on GC, checking on work, keep us up to date on the schedule and any changes, and really proved that he cared about this big investment for us. Gove proved their expertise in older homes and their unique situations, and handled any unexpected condition perfectly. Every single one of the contractors that came into our home was respectful, professional and did great work. We'd highly recommend Gove Restoration and would use them again

Adie and his team did a nice job. They took out our old cast iron tub and replaced it with a new one and put new tiles and a niche around it. They were quite professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. I was impressed that many months after completing the job, Addie was more than willing to come by and touch up some of the caulking for usWhen we asked. Big thanks to Addie and his crew. Will use them again for other home improvement jobs

We knew our kitchen remodel would be a challenging project and that we would not be able to buy anything "off the shelf." Our kitchen space is a cabin from the 1930s with a short ceiling, and exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Nothing is level or square. Gove Restoration and team were able to design and customize not only a functional kitchen with an updated layout, but also one that fits the style of the home. It is truly enjoyable to be in our kitchen now. We highly recommend Gove Restoration for their professionalism, punctuality, and quality

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
