    Comment: A.C. is fairly new. It has been completely serviced about 1yr ago when everything was given a thorough check and freon was added. I have always run at 76 degrees in the day while I am at work and 74 degress at night when I am home. I have never needed to run it below 74 degrees as that cools the house significantly at night. Lately it has not been cooling. At 74 degrees the house temp in the day reaches 82 degrees and running all night at 74 degrees the house temp never gets below 78 degrees. With not much else used in the house except for a TV and a lamp in one room, my electric bill has increased 4x what it was, all due to the AC usage. I need this checked and freon refilled. I believe it is still under warranty.
