Not a fun job - they worked their tails off. I have referred them twice but now have a problem with owner, Rudy Garza. Both times, they damaged my sprinkler system. I had to use them twice (2 dif. Sections of the plumbing went out), he credited me the second time for the 1st sprinkler damage. The 2nd time, Aug 05, I had another repair done for $175 & have asked for reimbursement. I have been assured since September 05 that the payment was on the way in the mail or would be hand delivered. After countless letters, phone calls, emails, I have written the Better Business Bureau. Rudy promises to have it to me & is polite but never follows through.

Mark was very patient with me. As an out of state person looking to work with someone trustworthy I hit the jackpot with him.

Randall was finishing up another job when I called to hire him. When he got here, he was friendly, swift and professional. He easily handled my clogged bathroom sink drains (doublesink counter) I've been dealing with for years, in about 30 minutes. I liked that I was able to send a photo to help him prepare and have the necessary tools handy.
