WOHZ-CD, virtual channels 19 and 43 (UHF digital channel 20), is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Canton, Ohio, United States and owned by Gray Television. It serves as a translator of Gray sister stations WOIO (channel 19)—a Shaker Heights-licensed CBS affiliate, and WUAB (channel 43)—a Lorain-licensed CW affiliate, both of which serve the Cleveland television market.
WOHZ-CD's transmitter is located northeast of Canton, while its sister stations share studios on the ground floor of the Reserve Square building (on East 13th Street and Chester Avenue) in Downtown Cleveland.

WOHZ-CD was founded in 1989 as independent station W50BE, originally licensed to Mansfield, Ohio, but gained the call sign of WOHZ-LP in late 1995, before being upgraded to a Class A station as WOHZ-CA. It was owned by Mid-State Television, Inc. (headed by Robert Meisse), and was sister to full-power independent WMFD-TV (channel 68) and radio stations WVNO-FM (106.1) and WRGM (1440 AM and 106.7 FM). WOHZ-CA offered local weather information, local advertising and an audio simulcast of WVNO-FM, along with various local sports events, public affairs and educational/informational programs. The station was licensed for digital operation on February 26, 2015, assuming the call sign WOHZ-CD.
On October 8, 2020, it was announced that WOHZ-CD would be sold to Gray Television (owner of WOIO and WUAB) for $450,000.[1] The sale was completed on December 8, 2020.[2]
Upon taking over WOHZ-CD, Gray Television changed the station's city of license to Canton, Ohio, and began using it as a repeater for sister stations WOIO and WUAB, as a way to increase coverage for the latter two stations in the southern part of the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio TV market.
