Procedure for VA Nonprofit Corporation (NPC) Billings to the VAMCs Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Assignment Agreement Reimbursements

The OIG is now requiring additional documentation by NPCs and VAMCs for IPA reimbursements (VA OIG Report No. 2020-030709-R9-0004, Audit of Financial Controls). The following instructional video from the NPPO provides information on these requirements and how to implement them.
