The app basically acts like malware. The ONLY way to close it is by going into the Android app settings (not within the app itself) and using "Force Stop". It will continue to run in the background otherwise. It also constantly pauses on its own and won't start playing again until you restart the app. No amount of restarting or reinstalling has been able to permanently fix this. I think this is the year will be my last subscription.

App continues its legacy of glitchy and unreliable behavior. Inferior in performance and reliability as compared to Amazon Music app, which recently upgraded me to HD for free. Should support shuffle of favorites stations. Does not support settings for stream quality based on connection type so as to allow app to switch automatically. Popup promotions recently added are annoying for a subscription-based service. Recent renewal offer is triple the cost of current subscription - ridiculous.

Dropped connection all the time. I use plenty of streaming apps, and this is the only one that drops the connection so often that it's unlistenable. Every 2-5 minutes the audio stops, I have to open my phone, and then I see a 'not connected' error. It's a shame that for a giant company with a great selection of music and talk, the app is so poorly maintained.
