Early Careers Teacher Needed

From September, Academics are currently in need of teachers when our partnership schools are ready to reopen, and this includes potential daily supply opportunities for ECTs, which could potentially lead into long-term placements.

All of our partnership schools are located in Aldershot, Farnborough and Alton

Essential attributes what we are looking in an Early Careers Teacher that has:

A can-do, positive, and confident attitude.

Good knowledge of the practices and values of successful learning and teaching in the classroom.

The ability to establish routines and disciplinary strategies by following the schools own behaviour policies.

Great communication skills and is a good team player so that you are able to work closely with fellow staff members and ultimately can maximise students learning together.

Once registered with us as an Academic's ECT you will have a dedicated consultant who will support you with the start of your teaching career, and additionally who will give you access to a variety of flexible opportunities, all at great rates of pay.
