Are you interested in playing an important role in a key government Department that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the decision making that affects the whole of the UK? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Change Portfolio Team.

This is an exciting new team which will sit at the heart of the Treasury’s Corporate Centre Group.  This team will develop, establish and manage the Treasury’s Corporate Change Portfolio.  Once in place, the team will identify change projects and programmes, constructing an annual portfolio as part of business planning activities, setting up and resourcing projects and programmes and monitoring and reporting on delivery in line with Treasury governance.

Key accountabilities will include:

  1. Day-to-day management of reporting and monitoring processes all change portfolio products,.
  2. Leading on the development and delivery of products for presentation in different governance fora.
  3. Working with internal communications professionals to develop a consolidated narrative for the change portfolio.
  4. Supporting the development of a community of best practice across corporate change programmes and projects.

What you will bring to the team:

The successful candidate will be effective in establishing and continually improving delivery of change portfolio services, and will be able to prioritise work within a fast paced, complex, environment with competing demands.

Recognised PPM or change management qualifications are desirable.
