As the Technical Support Services Manager within our Infrastructure Solutions Group, I provide our customers with predictive and reactive support for their business-critical IT.

My customer base ranges from Small Businesses to Large Corporations so every day provides a new challenge to find resolutions and minimize downtime. I am a passionate leader committed to my team's career development and growth here at Dell Technologies.

I lead the customer care team for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China. I have been with Dell Technologies for 15 years and I still am growing, learning, allowed to take risks and explore new opportunities.
