Residential Foundation Contractors In Your Area

"I am a General Contractor, I hired Sergio to build the foundation for an addition I am working on in Walnut Creek. I can't say enough positive things about Sergio. The engineer who designed this project made many mistakes, Sergio found those flaws and corrected them on site saving me time, money and trouble further along in the project. His entire team was professional, respectful and conscientious at all times. Sergio went above and beyond to communicate, complete his phase of the project in a timely manner, keep the site clean at all times and insure my satisfaction. His costs are well explained and justified. I will be working with Sergio and his team again soon. I believe that anyone considering working with Sergio would be making a mistake hiring someone else! I do not hand out 5 star reviews to anyone or take the time to write such reviews as this, however this is well deserved."

"The only thing I would have liked more was cleanup the splatters while wet. They were prompt and communicated well and accommodated my schedule. The job was done quickly at a decent price."

The foundation of any building is one of the most crucial elements of its construction. A solid foundation can support a structure for years and prevent future problems, such as collapse. As a homeowner, there are many additions you can make on your property that will require a strong foundation, like a new patio, a deck, or even a wing or room on your house. A foundation requires a cleared lot and footings before concrete can be poured. Once the concrete is laid, it then needs to be sealed so that moisture cannot enter and affect the composition. If you need to add foundation to your home, then you should contact a professional to make sure common problems like cracking don't occur.
