Professional Career:

Oliver Steil has been CEO of TeamViewer since January 2018 and since the IPO of TeamViewer, he is Chairman of the Executive Board. He is an internationally experienced manager with a proven track record in building and successfully leading tech champions. As Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Steil is responsible for the development and implementation of TeamViewer’s strategy, product development and operating business overall.
Before taking over this position, he was Partner at the international Private Equity firm Permira. There he built up and headed Permira’s Portfolio Group, which works with global deal teams across all sectors on designing and delivering value creation plans for Permira funds’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Private Equity firm, Oliver Steil served as CEO of Sunrise Communications AG, the largest privately-owned telecommunications provider in Switzerland, and as CEO of Debitel (today: freenet AG), a leading mobile service provider in Germany. He started his career at McKinsey where he became a Partner with focus on the telecommunications and technology sector.

Professional Career:

Stefan Gaiser joined TeamViewer in November 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and since the IPO of TeamViewer, he is Member of the Executive Board. Stefan Gaiser is responsible for Human Resources and the entire Finance function including Controlling, Accounting and Treasury.
He is a seasoned Financial Executive, who has spent most of his professional career in the technology sector working for either listed or Private Equity-backed software companies.
Before joining TeamViewer, Stefan Gaiser served as CFO of Kofax Ltd., a global Enterprise Software business based in the USA. Most recently he was CFO of P&I Personal und Informatik AG, a leading HR Software provider in EMEA.

Patricia Nagle

President TeamViewer Americas

Patricia Nagle is President of TeamViewer Americas, responsible for North, South and Central Americas. Her responsibilities encompass sales, channel partnerships, development of new routes to market and customer success.

Patricia Nagle is an experienced senior executive with comprehensive experience in the enterprise software, subscription and professional services sectors. She spent more than 13 years at Canadian publicly listed software giant OpenText, where she was responsible for corporate marketing and global business development that included channel sales, OEM and inside sales functions. Moreover, Patricia managed global strategic alliances with key partners that included SAP, Google, AWS, Microsoft and Salesforce. Prior to OpenText, Patricia succeeded in various sales, marketing and operations roles at leading global software and consulting companies.

Patricia holds Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters of Business Administration Certificate of Special Studies from Harvard University.

Sojung Lee

President TeamViewer APAC

Sojung Lee is President of TeamViewer for the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for China, Japan, India, Australia, and New Zealand (APAC). Her responsibilities will encompass all go-to-market activities in APAC, including direct sales as well as developing an ecosystem of strong alliances such as channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

Sojung Lee is an experienced senior executive with a proven capability in building and leading high-impact teams. Her background includes 14+ years of experience in the Enterprise IT and the services industry across the Asia Pacific region. Before Sojung joined TeamViewer, she worked for SolarWinds as Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan Sales, where she evolved disruptive strategies for growing the business across segments, defining sales strategies, and driving partner growth. Prior to SolarWinds, she spent over eight years with IBM Asia Pacific, where she held several positions, the most recent as Director of the Cloud Platform and Cognitive Solutions Business Unit.

Sojung holds a Master of Advanced Management (MAM), Strategy Consulting & Marketing and a Master of Business Administration of Yale University. Moreover, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing & Strategy of Fudan University.

Jan Junker

Jan Junker is Executive Vice President Solution Sales & Delivery at TeamViewer.

Jan is responsible for the smooth integration of TeamViewer’s innovative solutions into customer-specific environments.

As one of the three co-founders and CCO of Ubimax, the global leader in industrial augmented reality solutions acquired by TeamViewer, Jan was responsible for business development, sales, marketing and solution delivery worldwide. He has more than ten years of practical experience in the consulting and service environment, especially at the interface between business and IT. Before founding Ubimax, Jan worked for several years for Arthur D. Little as an IT strategy consultant.

Jan holds a diploma in business informatics from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Illinois University (USA) with a focus on international management and marketing.

Alfredo Patron

Executive Vice President Business Development

Alfredo Patron is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at TeamViewer. Known for his innovative approach to building partnerships that drive business growth, Alfredo joined in May 2015 in order to lead TeamViewer’s business development. He is based in the Bay Area in California.

Before joining TeamViewer, Alfredo worked at Skype and Microsoft between 1998 and 2015 in multiple leadership positions and geographies including Mexico, the UK, and the US. During this time, he led teams focused on deals for top applications including Office, Skype, Bing, Onedrive, and Onenote. He also led the EMEA sales and marketing team for Windows Phone.

Alfredo holds a BSc in Systems Engineering from Universidad Anahuac del Sur in Mexico City and a marketing excellence Diploma from the Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a certificate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

Dr. Mike Eissele

Chief Technology Officer

Mike Eissele is TeamViewer’s Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President for Software Development, and Vice President of Engineering at TeamViewer. Mike joined TeamViewer in 2009 as the Head of Software Development, and since then, he has been responsible for driving the team behind the development and implementation of all of TeamViewer’s products.

From 2003 to 2009, Mike joined the Visualization Research Group at the University of Stuttgart as a research associate and earned his Doctorate in Natural Sciences in Computer Science for his contributions to various visualization and computer graphics topics.

Mike studied Computer Science at the University of Stuttgart with a focus on visualization, computer graphics, and distributed systems. He also was awarded an MSc in Computer Science in 2002.

Dr. Hendrik Witt

Dr. Hendrik Witt is the Chief Product Officer at TeamViewer.

Hendrik joined TeamViewer as a result of TeamViewer’s acquisition of the AR specialist Ubimax and is responsible for driving product development.

Hendrik is one of the three founders of Ubimax. With more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of innovation, software technology, and strategy development, Hendrik was responsible for corporate strategy and product development as CEO of Ubimax. His immense contribution transformed Ubimax into the world market leader for industrial augmented reality solutions. Before founding Ubimax, he worked for many years as a strategy consultant for Arthur D. Little and as a technology and innovation consultant for TZI in Bremen.

Hendrik holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Bremen and the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA.

Georg Beyschlag

Chief of Staff & Strategy

Georg Beyschlag is Chief of Staff & Strategy and responsible for key strategic initiatives at TeamViewer including M&A activities and sport sponsoring partnerships.

Georg joined TeamViewer in 2018 as Vice President Finance & Controlling and played a major role in the company’s successful IPO. Prior to that, Georg was CFO / Managing Director at Germany’s largest video-on-demand platform Maxdome (part of ProSiebenSat1 Media) until it was sold. Before, he had worked in several roles at two corporate finance advisory firms.

Georg has a Master’s in Finance from TU Munich and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
