Can I use a fake name or a pseudonym?

VK is a social network, and using your real name here is the best way for friends to find you. If you lose access to your account and the name on your profile is different from your actual name (since you used a fake name), we’ll have no way of knowing whether the account is actually yours if you somehow lose access to it. By using a fake name, you run the risk of losing your account forever in case it’s hacked or you forget your password.
