#Ukraine: A Russian Msta-S 152mm self-propelled howitzer was abandoned, likely in the East. It appears to be previously unseen but we cannot fully verify.

Any ideas what the H2200 inscription could mean? I've seen lots of H2300 on those storage tanks being recently pulled out.

I have assume that most of this kind of abandoned equipment is broken down and not usable as is. Otherwise I would assume that a retreating army would sabotage any functional equipment left behind.

More often than not equipment like this is abandoned because it runs out of fuel and/or ammunition and cannot be resupplied. When the order is given to move, they move on foot.
A static vehicle, especially one this size, is a steel casket.
